When I came across this little Buick brochure for women, I couldn't help but bust out laughing. It's a basic car manual "simplified" for women. Someone over the years used it to write down a recipe, adding to it's charm in my book.
Buick Brochure Orange Dessert
1 pt. Orange Sherbert
2 cans oranges, well drained (I'm assuming mandarin oranges)
1 Cup Small Curd Creamed Cottage Cheese
1 PKG. Orange Jello
1 1/2 Cup Hot Water
Unfortunately there are no instructions written down that I could find, so I looked online and I can't seem to find similar recipes. So my assumption would be to make the jello with the hot water, then stir in the sherbet and oranges. From there, serve over the cottage cheese, or maybe stir it in, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
